All products are made-to-order and only processed after successful payment.
- Order Handling Time: 5 – 7 business days.
- Delivery Time: 13 – 18 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: 18 – 25 business days (Handling + Delivery).
- Order Cutoff Time: 08:00 AM (GMT-08:00) – Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

We offer both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping, delivered by reputable carriers such as USPS, Yun Express, and FedEx, depending on availability. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
For remote areas, islands, or cases involving unforeseen issues, delivery times may be delayed by 1 – 2 business days. Please contact our support team if you experience any delay.
Our warehouse operates in cooperation with Planet Express, a trusted logistics provider with multiple fulfillment centers in the US and UK.

Shipping Fee
Our standard shipping rate is $9.99 USD.
Free Standard Shipping is available for orders totaling $150 USD or more (after applying any valid promotional codes).

All necessary taxes and duties related to the shipping of your order are included in your purchase. Customers are only required to pay for the product cost and shipping fee (if applicable). No additional shipping tax will be charged.

To track your order, please enter your Order ID and the Billing Email used during purchase. These details are sent to your inbox once your order is confirmed.
Lost or Missing Orders
If you believe your order is lost or has not updated in tracking for a while, please contact us via email at support@roomhubb.com.
Resolution Process:
- Customer emails us to report the missing order.
- We verify the shipping status within 2 business days.
- If the order is confirmed missing, we will either issue a full refund or resend the item based on the customer’s choice.
