  • X-Small: 60x90cm
  • Small: 91x152cm
  • Medium: 122x183cm
  • Large: 152x244cm

During transportation or use, the rug may get wrinkled. Simply spread the rug flat and leave it for 3 days, the rug will be wrinkle-free. In case after 3 days there are still wrinkles on the rug, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Straighten the rug
  • Step 2: Use a white towel to place on the wrinkled area of the rug
  • Step 3: Use an iron right on the wrinkled area and press it hard
  • Step 4: Use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the rug after the ironing is complete.

We are trying our best to provide accurate image to customer, the color may be slightly changed due to device you use to see our picture.

Shipping

In general, 14 – 21 business days as announced in our Shipping Policy. However, it may come sooner than our estimated. Please keep tracking on your order by using Order ID and your email address that used when making payment.

Our Standard shipping fee is at $6.99 for any state in United States. For any order from $150 or more, after applying promo code if any, there is free shipping.

You will have 12 hours from successful payment to cancel your order and replace with a new one. However, we recommend you to send us an email to request delivery address change to avoid waiting refund progress. We can have to change it free of charge within 12 hours time frame mentioned above.

Payments

We offer payment through Stripe Payment, which accepts below cards:

  • Master Card
  • Visa Card
  • Discovery
  • America Express

Unfortunately, we are not support Cash on Delivery at the moment. For secure your payment, we only accept payment via Stripe Payment. Other payment method that is not announced in our website is NOT available.

There are some tips that may helpful:

  • Check your card and information on your card whether it is input correctly
  • Check your account whether you reach your limit amount
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try another card

In case that you cannot complete your payment properly, or website does not response on your payment, please send us an email for further support.

Returns

We promise to solve your problem as soon as we can. However, in case the confirmation takes time, the longest you have to wait is:

  • 5 business day for inspection and evaluation your issue, plus
  • 15 business day for refund progress, plus
  • 1-3 days for the amount to be appeared in your bank account

So, the worst case is 23 business days in total.

NO. Please rest assure that our store will bear all the cost for returning our product back in case we accept your return request. You will receive Return label which contains all necessary information to return product.

We regret not to be able to keep your trust and interest, which lead to order cancellation. You absolutely can cancel your order and have your money back. However, please cancel in the timeframe because our production line is on the move once you place order. Please read our Refund and Refund Policy for more details.
